Hybrid ICT offer three levels of Managed IT Support Service Contracts to cater for small to medium sized businesses with varying levels of IT support requirements.

While all contracts offer Monitoring and Maintenance Services, Our three plans offer a variety of and levels to cater for Monday-Friday operations only to 24/7 operations.

Silver and Gold support plans also provide reduced hourly rates for out-of-scope, project or ad-hoc work not covered under the

Our process takes stock of the current state of your IT systems, to our advise on the necessary improvements required to bring your system up to our Standard Operating Environment (SOE), implementing those improvements and finally monitoring, maintaining and optimising the SOE on an ongoing basis.

We recommend the necessary improvements required to bring your systems up to our Standard Operating Environment (SOE),

Stage 3 – Implement

Implementation of our recommendations to bring your system up to our Standard Operating Environment (SOE).

Stage 4 – Monitor

Now All your systems are fully compliant with our SOE, we begin monitoring, maintaining and optimising the SOE on an ongoing basis to protect your systems against known and emerging threats.
